Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my items? TOP

Orders will be completed in approximately 5-7 days excluding shipping time. When your item is shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you know when to expect your order.

Please allow for additional time during the holidays. 

How does the process work? TOP

Once you place your order simply email us at: jdrogers@new.rr.com with your images and info. 

Your photos are cropped and edited as need and sent to you within 24 hours for your approval before we begin your keepsakes.

Once we have your approval, your keepsakes are sent to you in approximately 5-7 days excluding shipping time.

How do I get my photos to you? TOP

You can send digital files to: jdrogers@new.rr.com

If you are sending actual prints to be returned with your keepsakes please send to:

 

JPEG files at a minimum of 300 dpi are preferred.

Please do not crop your photos.  We prefer to do this.  Just give us specific instructions if you have specific cropping requests.

Please do not send negatives or original photos that cannot be reproduced as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

Do you provide gift wrapping? TOP

Yes.  All jewelry, keepsakes and photo ornaments are presented to you in a beautiful mesh organza bag.

Night lights arrive in a gift box ready for gift giving.

We can even ship directly to the recipient of the gift upon request and include a handwritten gift card with your requested message.

What if I only want to use one face out of a group shot? TOP

Just let us know what portion of the photo you would like and we can do this for you at no charge of course.

Can I use professional photographs? TOP

Only if you obtain a limited copyright release form from the photographer who took the photos.

By placing this order, purchaser confirms that they own the rights or have permission to duplicate photography.

What is your return policy? TOP

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns.  However if for some reason there is a problem with your order we will always work with you to resolve the issue.

 

May I see the proof of my photos before my keepsakes are created? TOP

Yes! We always make the needed modifications to your images, create any text proofs and email you within 24 hours for your approval before we begin creating your keepsakes.
